We guarantee all live shipments against temperature issues or shipping delays. If your plants or invertebrates arrive damaged due to weather or USPS delay, we will make it right — simply contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
All orders ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate for $10. For the safest delivery of live items, we recommend requesting Overnight Shipping, especially during extreme temperatures.
