Damaged, wrong, or missing item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right. We will always replace incorrectly shipped items at our expense. There is no expectation to return items.

If an item is shipped incorrectly, we will reship the correct item at our expense — there is no expectation to return items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returned items of any kind. All shipping or packing errors will be corrected in the customer’s favor.
Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer monetary refunds. If your shipment arrives late and results in damaged live plants, we will reship your order one time. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping (typically $10).
Replacements are limited to one reshipment for USPS-delayed packages. If the replacement also fails to arrive safely, we recommend filing a claim with USPS for damaged or delayed goods.
