🔁 Refund & Replacement Policy – Father Fish Aquariums

We take pride in delivering healthy, natural aquarium products. Because we ship live plants, animals, and organic goods, we do not accept returns — but we do stand behind our shipments with a clear, fair replacement policy.


❌ No Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, live animals, and natural substrates, we do not accept returns on any items. Once shipped, these products cannot be restocked or resold.


✅ Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee all live plants and aquatic animals shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Express will arrive alive and healthy. If they do not, we offer a one-time replacement or store credit, as long as:

  • The package is received on the first delivery attempt

  • You email clear, timestamped photos of the issue to:

  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery

  • The shipment was sent via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Express

🌡️ Reminder: Guarantees apply only when delivery temperatures are safe (40°F–85°F) and the shipping method qualifies.


📦 UPS Ground – Dry Goods Only

Orders containing only dry goods or soil ship via UPS Ground ($10 flat rate). These items are not covered under our live guarantee, but if they are lost in transit, we will replace them.
